Drinking Water you Can Reduce your Weight

Almost every one knows that drinking water is good for health. But today I want to tell for those who are suffering from fatty. By drinking water you can reduce your weight and even girls can look slim.



Many will be asking the question how?. Yes it is possible . Here I will write how you can reduce your weight by drinking water.



1. When you wake up in the morning Drink Two Glasses of lukewarm water. So that Toxins go out from your body.

2.  Drink hot water in a few drops of lemon with honey. 

3.  Take curry leaves and Boil them in water and then cool it and drink. By doning this will reduce your fat in your body.

4.  Take Cumin Seeds and Boil them in water. Put some drops of lemon and drink. It should done on every morning.



5.  Flake seeds with hot water. Will also reduce fat and bring shine on the face.
